起きたこと
前提：WordPressを利用している。テーマに「Cocoon」がインストールされている。
WordPressの管理画面に「Cocoon設定」のメニュー表示がなかった。
原因と解決方法
Cocoonが有効化されていなかったことが原因でした。
メニューの 外観 > テーマ よりCocoonを有効化することで解消されました。
※後述しますが、「Cocoon」ではなく「Cocoon Child」の設定の方がおすすめです。
Cocoon Childについて
Cocoon ChildはCocoonの子テーマです。
Cocoonのテーマをカスタマイズせずに使う場合はCocoonの選択でも問題ありません。見た目などのカスタマイズを行う方はCocoon Childの設定がおすすめです。
テーマは後からでも変更できます。よくわからずに悩むようであればCocoon Childを設定しておくとよいです。
